Refund and Returns Policy

We are dedicated to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that the goods are not of a satisfactory quality, are damaged or defective, or you wish to return goods for any reason within the terms of this contract, you need to follow the Returns Policy. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from the Spartan Sports Marketplace, all claims must be made within 14 days of purchase or within a reasonable time of awareness of defect and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Please therefore retain the proof of purchase emailed to you from the Spartan Sports Marketplace as this is your proof of purchase to raise any claims. Spartan may reject claims which are not made within a reasonable time and/or where there is no proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team should you notice any issues or defects with your product. Our team will deal with each case based on its merits and depending on the circumstances will either offer to refund or exchange a product provided if it is in a fully re‐saleable condition.

Spartan Cricket Bat Refund/Exchange Policy and Process

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Spartan Cricket Bat purchase from Spartan Sports Marketplace, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unwashed, unworn with the packaging & tags still attached). Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be despatched.

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund or size exchange, please contact us via email at customerservice@spartansports.com.au or call via 1300 785 605. You will be provided with a Returns Authority number and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your product back.

 Faulty Items

Grade 4 & 5 Senior English Willow Bats, Junior English Willow Bats & Kashmir Willow Bats

Please contact us via email at customerservice@spartansports.com.au or call via 1300 785 605. Where possible, these claims will be replaced and if a replacement bat is not available a refund will be offered.

Claims for Senior Bats Grade 3 and above:

  1. A photo of damage to bat, along with a description of damage, style code of bat and purchase date is to be submitted to customerservice@spartansports.com.au for assessment. Email subject line must show BAT ASSESSMENT CLAIM to assist.
  2. Bat will be assessed and outcome advised on reply email.
    1. If bat is assessed repairable a BAT number is generated and bat is sent to Spartan for repair and return within 3 weeks.
    2. If bat is assessed unrepairable customer will be advised to destroy bat and a refund or store credit will be issued or replacement bat sent to customer. The above RA process applies for this outcome.
  3. Repairable bat is to be sent to:

  1. If repair requires follow up please quote BAT number for assistance.
  2. Bat will be sent back to the customer when complete.
  3. There is a 6 month warranty on any repaired bat.
