Mitchell Johnson – joining the Spartan team in 2011 Mitchell has been behind our launch of new Cricket bats and equipment. He also introduced a new fitness range exclusive to Spartan Sports this year.
Mitchell has been part of the Australian Cricket program since he was selected for the Under 19 tour of England. After battling multiple injuries he has risen to be one of the most feared fast bowlers in the world. He made his test debut in 2007 against Sri Lanka and has played in over 40 tests since. His best bowling figures in a test match is 8/61 and his highest score with a bat is 123 not out against the South Africans in Cape Town. Mitchell has also been awarded the International Cricket Council’s 2009 “Cricketer of the Year” award, the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy.
